PC Helper Opinion:

ACDSee is a UNIVERSAL solution for the ones who don't like to search for some extra viewers. Although I'm not this kind of person but I like ACDSee for its simple interface and the highest-quality tools and comfort in viewing pictures, short videos... This utility is great ! I would really recommend to use it.
