There are quite a few files queued up for download! You can, of course, schedule FlashGet to download when it's most convenient.

Downloading with FlashGet Jets
FlashGet opens multiple connections to each file you're downloading. Each Jet, or "split", is a separate connection to the file. Each split is assigned a certain portion of the file you're after. In the screenshot above, you can see there are two separate connections to the file. You can tell FlashGet to open up to 10 Jets per file, for help on those really slow servers.

FlashGet makes full use of your bandwidth
FlashGet maximizes your throughput because normally a single connection to a file does not use all of your bandwidth. This is particularly true on really slow, non-responsive servers. FlashGet grabs those much faster than if there were a single connection open to it.

FlashGet also gives a visual indication of each Jet with a red dot, showing just how much of each section of the file has been downloaded. With FlashGet, up to 10 Jets can be assigned for each download, and up to 8 files can be downloaded at the same time, to really make full use of your bandwidth.

Superior user interface
Statistics for each download are ready and available at a simple click. Server messages are too. There is no need to wade through multiple windows to see what's going on with your downloads. It's all there, logically laid-out in the best user interface around.

PC Helper Opinion:

As you know I have already reviewed ReGet Deluxe. ReGet Deluxe and FlashGet are the best download managers I've ever seen. ReGet Deluxe provides much better and more comfortable interface while FlashGet is more functional and functionally faster. I also noticed that FlashGet provides "not aggressive" set of options that allows to download from any site (ReGet sometimes failed to do that). For example, I use use them in the combinations but primarily I use ReGet. The choice is yours - these download managers are all fully adapted and suitable for you.
